Empower Your Health, led by Hannah, is designed to officially transition your habits into the life you want...and stay there! The 6 month credible series includes transformation on:
Mindset around your relationship with food
Macronutrients and the 'whys' of what you're eating
Reading nutrition labels and what to look for
New perspectives towards actual lifestyle changes
You will be supported the whole way. This program includes weekly accountability with Hannah, resources for implementation, and workbooks to make the education relatable to YOU. After the completion of Empower Your Health, you will feel empowered, confident in your food choices, and you can finally get rid of the wagon all together.

The goal of this course is to empower you with education to create a lifestyle that avoids, reduces, or prolongs Type 2 Diabetes.
This course is for you if:
