Reading nutrition labels and what to look for
New perspectives towards actual lifestyle changes
You will be supported the whole way. This program includes weekly accountability with Hannah, resources for implementation and workbooks to make the education relatable to YOU. After the completion of Empower Your Health, you will feel empowered, confident in your food choices, and ready for a new start.
